At Nordic Socks UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn socks in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized UK post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
